Lotus Garage Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read in full before clicking to agree.

If you have placed your order before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the following business day. Delivery time from order completion typically takes three to five business days for non-stock items. Fulfillment time on some items are extended due to availability and production constraints at the manufacturer, and are beyond the control of Lotus Garage. Our sales department will contact you regarding changes to fulfillment time.

International shipping rates may apply. Foreign taxes, tariffs and other custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Expedited shipping may be available for your order. Please contact us at hello@lotusgarage.com PRIOR to ordering so we can confirm availability and any manufacturer applied surcharges for such service.

Large items such as clamshells, sills, roofs, chassis, crash structures, windscreens, etc., are subject to additional freight costs and impacted by your location. If this is applicable, we will notify you of the additional charge and allow you the option to proceed or cancel the order without penalty.

Items with a manufacturing or engineering defect may be returned for replacement or a full refund. All other returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee except special order items which are not returnable except for manufacturing defect. Damaged or used parts may not be returned without prior approval. If parts are shipped and not accepted or are returned due to the address provided being incorrect, any additional shipping and/or storage charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified as soon as we are made aware of such a situation. If the parts remain unclaimed for more than 4 weeks, they will be considered abandoned and will revert to the property of Lotus Garage without being eligible for refund.

Special Order items are not returnable or refundable except for defects in manufacturing or engineering. This includes all special order Lotus trim shop pieces, seats, sill panels, clamshells, roof panels, and carbon fiber. These items cannot be cancelled after order.

Lotus, from time to time, will change pricing with little or no notice to its dealers. As such, on very rare occasions, when we forward orders for fulfillment to the factory, we will be notified of a price change. If this occurs, we will contact you with notice of such and allow you the option to proceed or cancel the order without penalty.

Discounts, when applicable, cannot be applied to custom work such as Lotus trim shop pieces and special order items.

Motorsport and aftermarket products are meant for off-road use only. These items may compromise the warranty of your vehicle and compliance with state and federal regulations. Use and application is at the risk of the buyer/ user/ owner with no compliance or representation of legality implied or presented by the manufacturer or by Lotus Garage. Use of any vehicle outside the specification and application intended by the manufacturer including but not limited to motorsports (recreational or competition) can pose the risk of injury and even death. Lotus Garage, Lotus Cars USA, Lotus Motorsport, Lotus Racing and the other manufacturers represented shall not be held liable for the use or application of any parts sold and utilized to that end.

All parts are new and carry their manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Credit card, PayPal and PayPal Credit® payment options are available to customers at checkout. When using PayPal, we request that all customers confirm receipt of goods with PayPal after delivery. PayPal Credit® is a financing program offered through PayPal and WebBank. Six Month No Interest Programs are available through PayPal Credit® and may be applied to purchases of $99 or more, subject to credit approval. PayPal is solely responsible for the program, its operation and the credit approval process. No information is shared with Lotus Garage during the application process. We cannot comment, nor are we involved with any acceptance or denial of credit through the program. Please direct all questions regarding the actual terms of the program to PayPal directly.
